Terms of use

These terms explain the basis on which you may use Nhume. They do not replace airline, customs or legal requirements.

What Nhume provides

Nhume provides tools for senders and travellers to publish information and discuss a possible arrangement. Nhume is not a carrier, insurer, customs broker, payment provider or a party to the agreement between members.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, use your own account, inspect every item and comply with all airline and legal requirements. You must not use Nhume for prohibited, unlawful, dangerous or inaccurately described items.

Journeys and arrangements

A listing is not a promise that a journey, amount of space or delivery will be available. Either person may decide not to proceed. Tell the other person promptly if information or travel plans change.

Payment

Members agree and make payment directly outside Nhume. Nhume does not hold funds, set the final price or guarantee payment, delivery, timing or condition.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for account security and for content you submit. We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably needed to protect the service, investigate misuse or comply with legal obligations.

Risk and responsibility

Peer-to-peer arrangements involve risk. You should make your own checks and stop if anything is unclear. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by the review date above. Questions can be sent to support@nhume.com.
